Cynthia L. Walls

Cynthia L. Walls, 52, of Middleburg, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born on February 19, 1973, she was the daughter of the late Larry and Lucille (Hummel) Rothermel.

Cynthia was a graduate of Selinsgrove Area High School.

She will be remembered for the joy she brought into the lives of everyone around her. With a creative spirit and a generous heart, she loved crafting handmade treasures, filling her home with the warmth of projects made with care. Her talent for making candies and baking brought countless smiles, and her kitchen was always a place of comfort, laughter, and something sweet to share. She also loved playing cards, especially when it meant gathering with friends and family. Most of all, she cherished her two sons.

Cynthia is survived by two sons, Austin and Blake Walls; a sister, Michelle Zaktansky, and her husband, John; two nieces, Paige and Samantha Zaktansky; and a nephew, Peito Zaktansky.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Port Ann Wesleyan Church, 2856 Troxelville Road, Middleburg from 10-11 am followed by the funeral service at 11 am with Pastor Brandon Kuhns officiating.

Burial will be in Beavertown Gods Missionary Church Cemetery.
