Jerry L. Wilt

Jerry Lee Wilt, 65, of Selinsgrove passed away on Monday, June 30, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. Jerry was born on June 22, 1960, in Sunbury, a son of the late Boyd “Jack” and Arlene (Wendt) Wilt. He was a 1978 graduate of Shikellamy High School and Penn State University, Hazleton. Jerry was formerly employed at KAY-BEE Toys as a Manager and later for FYE. He was Sales Manager for Rose Pools and most recently Original Rose Pool Services, Lewisburg. Jerry was a dedicated employee and was a mentor to many employees who became lifelong friends. He was a faithful Buffalo Bills fan. Jerry enjoyed beer, traveling, the beach, having fun, and was known for being the number one pool man/advisor in the area. He is survived by his Fiancée Angela Hoot, one son and daughter-in-law Cory and Melissa Wilt, four grandchildren Riley, Tyler, Caylee, and Delainey, Angela’s children Casara (Daniel) Litchenwalner and their children Wyatt, Lucas, and Evan and Quinn (Adam) Kranzel and their children Henley and Tucker,  his Goldendoodle Poppy, a sister Jackie (Jack) Laubach, a brother Jeff (Connie) Wilt, several nieces and nephews as well as many great friends. A very special thank you to one of his closest friends, Ben Beaver, for the dedicated care he gave Jerry and his entire family at this difficult time and to Geisinger Hospice, for their help in quick actions to allow us to bring Jerry home for his final days. A celebration of Jerry’s life will be held later at the discretion of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Jerry can be made to the charity of the donor’s choosing.
