Joyce Marie (Yeckley) Withrow

Joyce Marie Withrow, 83, of Selinsgrove, entered eternal rest on November 5, 2025.
Born June 14, 1942, in Harrisburg, PA, to Alan and Gladys Yeckley, Joyce found her forever love in James L. Withrow, whom she married in 1963. Together, they built a beautiful life, raising three cherished children: James of Red Lion, PA; Paul (husband James) of Shamokin Dam, PA; and Cheri Lamont (husband Robert) of Selinsgrove. Her heart overflowed with joy for her two grandsons, Robert Lamont and Thomas Lamont, both of Manhattan, NYC.
Joyce often joked she couldn't keep up with her kids' adventures—but she always did, with unwavering love. A true jack-of-all-trades, she poured her spirit into endless projects, from bowling strikes to perfecting her "beautiful" golf swing. Yet her greatest joy was her family, shared over countless cups of coffee and heartfelt chats. Her warmth turned strangers into friends, and her legacy lives in every hug.
Predeceased by her beloved husband in 2009, Joyce is survived by her children, grandchildren, and her adorable lap dog, Sparky.
At her request, services and burial will be private.
