Shirley Mae Fisher, 82, of Shamokin Dam, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at her home. Shirley was born on November 7, 1942, in Derry Township, Mifflin Co., a daughter of the late Glace and Edna (Camp) Haines. Shirley was a 1960 graduate of West Snyder High School.She retired after 40 years from the office of Samad & Munir in Sunbury. Shirley enjoyed flowers, jewelry, and collecting dolls. She especially loved to have dinner and outings with her family and friends. She is survived by her son Craig V. Fisher, two grandchildren, Heather Martin and Brandon Fisher, two brothers Dale Haines and Leo (Betty) Haines, two sisters Mary (Charles) Schlein and Esther (Russell) Walborn, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by two brothers Richard and Harvey Haines, three sisters Margaret Jones, Barbara Haines, and Anna Reitz, and a grandson-in-law Larry A. Martin. A viewing will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the V. L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High Street, Selinsgrove followed by a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. in Beavertown God’s Missionary Church Cemetery, Covered Bridge Road and Creek Road, Middleburg with Pastor Nick Rine officiating.
